New Year's resolutions and how to make them happen

2015 has arrived… and what are the good intentions for this year? I have at least three, but what I like best is this: "make every day count!“, That is, make sure that every day counts, that every day contributes, even if only in a small part, to the achievement of a goal.

There shouldn't be a day in which he has done nothing to achieve a goal, be it work, family or personal. It can be 'improving something within the work', perhaps a process that can be optimized, doing self-training on a topic that interests me, talking to a person with whom I have spoken little.

Or take an action to carry out a project, no matter if it is a large or small action, if it is easy or difficult, the important thing is that the action contributes to moving the project towards the middle. The important thing is to never stop, because one step at a time, one action after another, at the end of the year we will realize that we have come a long way. Maybe even more than we expected.

And finally we try to understand where we want to go otherwise there will be no effort we can make to reach a goal that is not clear to us.
