If you too, like many, use two Google calendars 1 personal and one for work and you do not want to synchronize them manually, you can use an application to synchronize them. Unfortunately, however, this type of applications are paid, or rather have a freemium model for which you can synchronize one calendar at a time.
Also on the Google discussion forum you can see that unfortunately there is no native mode in Google Calendar to synchronize two calendars, if they have recently introduced it I don't know but this is what you read on the Google forum:

I use reclaim.ai and I like it, but I pay to use the version that allows you to synchronize two calendars with each other. So both personal and work calendars, or two different jobs, will be synchronized and show how busy the time you have meetings in one or the other calendar.
Zapier to sync Google calendars
Zapier is a free web application up to a certain limit (freemium). I tried to synchronize two calendars with Zapier, free version, but without success, since Zapier performs too many operations, that is, it goes in a loop and quickly runs out of the number of operations you have available for free. So I preferred a specific application like Reclaim.ai which does this syncing very well.
The cases in which to use the following integration are the following:
- You have a personal calendar and a work calendar and you want a time slot to be blocked on the other calendar when you accept an invitation on one calendar
- You want to publish your actual availabilities on a tool like Calendly
- You have two potential clients who can book appointments by simply inviting you on two different calendars
